The State Law Enforcement Chiefs' Association, commonly known by its acronym, "SLECA", represents the interests of law enforcement managers and supervisors employed by the State of Florida.


PROMOTING BETTER UNDERSTANDING AMONG STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT ORGANIZATIONS, TO SECURE UNITY OF ACTION IN ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT MATTERS RELATING TO ITS MEMBERS, AND TO SERVE THE STATE PURPOSE OF ENHANCING LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

The SLECA 2011 Luncheon & Awards Ceremony was a Great Success, thanks to our amazing nominees, esteemed members, guests and speakers, FPSI and our sponsors.


Special thanks to SLECA President Ron Cave, and to our SLECA Board & Committee Members who worked tirelessly to present this event.  We had almost 200 people in attendance.
